Meet Our Staff
Pastor Mac 
“But the hour is coming, and now is, when the true worshipers will worship the Father in spirit and truth; for the Father is seeking such to worship Him.” John 4:23
Rev. William McKinnon, “Pastor Mac” has been leading the flock at Freedom Worship Center since 2007, but has been attending since 2003. He holds an MEd. from the University of Rochester and a pastoral diploma from Elim Bible Institute. His heart is to teach the word of God in such a way that lives are changed and disciples grow in faith in Christ. He invites and welcomes Holy Spirit to direct the services. He and his wife, Kathy, have served the Lord together throughout their marriage, in churches in Massachusetts and New Jersey and for a year in Asuncion, Paraguay. They have two children and two precious grandchildren.
Pastor Mac believes that “nothing happens without prayer.”
Kathy McKinnon 
Psalm 37:4 “Delight yourself in the Lord and He will give you the desires of your heart.”
Pastor/Elder Kathy serves alongside her husband and is part of the elder team. She occasionally fills the pulpit on Sunday morning as the Lord leads. Kathy loves contemporary worship but also enjoys some old-fashioned hymns. Two favorites are Great is Thy Faithfulness and How Great Thou Art! She and Pastor Mac were married in 1978 and both are enjoying their new role as grandparents.
Elder – Rev. Kim Reckert
“For I am the Lord who heals you.” Exodus 15:26
Kim has provided oversight to the Healing Room since its inception in 2003. In this capacity, she provides training for all of the Healing Room staff and maintains the standards of the International Association of Healing Rooms. Kim is a gifted and anointed teacher and preacher using her talents to bless the entire body at FWC.
Elder – Associate Pastor Rev. Rich Roy 
“For I know the plans I have for you”, says the Lord, “plans for good and not for evil, to give you a future and a hope.” Jeremiah 29:11
Rich Roy serves as the leader of the Men’s Ministry. He has a heart to see men grow in their relationships with the Lord, their wives, their families and with each other. He accomplishes this by one on one meetings and a monthly Men’s Breakfast. In addition, he and his lovely wife, Amanda, oversee Covenant Couples, a ministry to married and engaged couples. Rich is a gifted teacher and preacher and a blessing to the whole body at FWC.
Elder Joe Roy

Joe Roy is a wonderful asset to our elder team. His responsibilities include overseeing the operations of the house in practical ways. He is a spiritual asset to the Elder Team and an able and gifted teacher. On the lighter side, Joe organizes the annual Men’s Mini-Golf Tournament.
